Friday Night Lights

Tired of living in the dark, Adam and I decided to put in some can lights, while we were watching Utah get their sugar fix on Friday night. Like Alabama, we didn't get much done that night, so we had to finish up on Saturday. Chris, Adam's brother, dropped by to help Adam finish up the wiring and to make sure Adam didn't electrocute himself or burn the house down.

The difference was night and day... only in this case more literal.

It is nice to be able to see... but now you can see where we still need to patch the walls from the last owner. If she is reading this... closet doors are not meant to be hung as shudders.

Things are picking up on our remodel, and with the holidays over we are going to be able to keep a tighter schedule. We have new doors leaning up on the wall, that match the new ones upstairs, ready to be hung. Once the water heater is replaced, we will be ready for flooring (still not 100% sure on what it is going to be yet). Now that the cans are in things are looking brighter.
