A 5 week plan

Today I took a biomeridian test. In short, this test measures differnet levels in your body to figure out what is going on. To say the least, mine is all out of wack, but we have a plan... a 5 week plan. the next 35 days, I will be on a strict diet to clense my body in an effort to bring everything back to normal. In a way, this is going to be an interesting experiment and if it works, that much better.

The next Five weeks, starting today (Tuesday) will go as follows:
During the next 8 days, I will try to eat 1200 caleries each day consisiting mainly of a lot of veitables, eggs and a little chicken or fish and 54 different supplents. For 5 days following this, I will be on a clensing cycle that is limited to only lemon, pure maple syrup and distilled water and 24 suppliments. If I can make it through that, the rest should be a breeze. Day 14 and 15 I will have to eliminate all cooked foods, meat and fruit, which leaves me with only raw vegitables. Days 16-22 will be the same as the first 8 days. On day 23, I can add fruit to my diet. At day 29, i will eliminate all meats. 31-33 are more cleansing days ans the last few days i will eliminate all cooked foods, fruits, and meat wich leaves me with only raw vegitables for a few days, then I am done with my expeirement. Also durring all of this,I will meet weekly with the nutritionist, do oxygen exercises (hook me up to oxygen while ruuning a treadmill), vibration exercise, sauna time and a body wrap!!

Me with my nutrition guideline book and all the supplements

Close up....

All the vegies and a few things I will miss eatting...

Broth, brown rice, wild rice & red Lentils

More vegies.

I will try and post daily or weekly about all my experiences, up and down moments. If you are not into this thing, this is your warning!

Whats goin' on

Here is a run down of what's been goin' on.

In January I started my own business doing bookeeping for a non-profit organization working about 10 hours a week on top of my full time job at the University of Utah Athletics and doing hair! WOW, right? I pretty much worked non-stop. It had it good and bad moments.

In May, Adam and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. We went to Texas Road House for dinner and then planted flowers the rest of the night in our townhomes. Sounds fun right? Actually it was!

Memorial weekend we headed to St. George to spend time with Adam's brother, Greg, and family. Adam's other brother Chris & his family as well as my Borther and his girlfriend came with us.

First stop- Sand Hollow for hangin out and fishin

Jason fishing

Tahlea fishing

On Saturday we headed to Snow Canyon for some hiking and exploring

After the hike, we had a contest who could have the most red sand in their shoes...

This is Josh's

And this is DeDee's

It was too close to tell. The rest of the weekend was full of water, relaxing, basketball, laughs and memories.

Thanks Greg & Jill for such a great time. Can't wait for the next trip down!

On June 8, I got the best news! I received a great opportunity to take a great job working with the Stadium & Arena at The University!  My last day with Athletics will be June 30th. I will miss a lot of great friends and co-workers, luckly I am not too far away! And as of July 1, I will be the Business Services Manager for the Stadium & Arena. I am excited, scared, sad and all of the above.

Also, on the same day, my brother Jason proposed to his girlfriend, Tahlea! They are getting married 9/10/11! I am very excited for them and also to have all of my family come out!

Well that is the run down of whats been going on.
