The next Five weeks, starting today (Tuesday) will go as follows:
During the next 8 days, I will try to eat 1200 caleries each day consisiting mainly of a lot of veitables, eggs and a little chicken or fish and 54 different supplents. For 5 days following this, I will be on a clensing cycle that is limited to only lemon, pure maple syrup and distilled water and 24 suppliments. If I can make it through that, the rest should be a breeze. Day 14 and 15 I will have to eliminate all cooked foods, meat and fruit, which leaves me with only raw vegitables. Days 16-22 will be the same as the first 8 days. On day 23, I can add fruit to my diet. At day 29, i will eliminate all meats. 31-33 are more cleansing days ans the last few days i will eliminate all cooked foods, fruits, and meat wich leaves me with only raw vegitables for a few days, then I am done with my expeirement. Also durring all of this,I will meet weekly with the nutritionist, do oxygen exercises (hook me up to oxygen while ruuning a treadmill), vibration exercise, sauna time and a body wrap!!

Whoa! Is this something your doc recommended? Sounds like torture to me. I can handle killing myself at the gym all week, but a strict diet, I know I could never handle. Good luck, and I hope it levels you out!
Ugh I am so sorry you have to do this - it doesn't sound like any fun at all. I'll be thinking of you and checking in. I'm interested to see what you find. Also I'm looking forward to hanging out this month with you and Mer!! I hope our schedules align cuz I miss you! Good luck lady.
