Vancouver/Seattle
We got up at 5AM to go catch the sky train to take us to our Amtrak train. Our hotel told us the sky train starts at 4AM. We both had our $2.50 each in Canadian. When we arrived at the sky train, it was all locked up & the first train did not leave till 7:45AM. I stopped a taxi & he wanted $10 (remember we only had $5 on us). We just started walking towards the train station but got to the freeway & did not know what way to go. I stopped another Taxi & asked the guy if he would take us the the train station, which was on the other side of the freeway, for $5 & he did. Whew!!!
Breakfast of champions!
(We grabbed this before we headed to the sky train)
Qwest Field
Space Needle
Lunch
We rode this train to the airport, much cheaper then a cab!
Well...that was my girls trip!

I love all the pictures, that is so fun that you two went on a trip and away from work!
How fun. I'm sure your mom would have loved all those tulips. And the pictures of Seattle remind me of a lot of things, our honeymoon, and temple trips, mostly. And I went to Vancouver for a cake show once. Just as pretty as I remember it. So glad you had a fun trip- sounds like it was a fun adventure!
Looks like lots of fun and everything looks so beautiful!
